Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing Bubble Odyssey ("the Game") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. License

Bubble Odyssey Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the Game or its assets.

3. Purchase

Bubble Odyssey is a one-time purchase of $1.99 USD (or local equivalent). There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no loot boxes and no advertising. Coins, stars and cosmetics are earned by playing and have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled by the respective store under its own policy; we cannot issue store refunds directly.

5. Accounts

An account is optional and only used to back up your progress. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to create an account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or attempts to tamper with game data.

6. Your content and data

Your saved progress belongs to you. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Account.

7. Availability

The Game is playable offline. Cloud save requires an internet connection and may be unavailable during maintenance. We may update, change or discontinue features over time.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Bubble Odyssey Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost progress beyond the amount you paid for the Game.

9. Third-party terms

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
