Summary

Bubble Odyssey is a paid, one-time-purchase game with no subscriptions, no ads and no third-party advertising trackers. You can play the entire game without creating an account.

What we collect

• Nothing, if you play signed out. Progress is stored only on your device.
• If you create an account: your email address (or the email supplied by Sign in with Apple / Google) and a display name.
• Game progress: levels completed, stars, score, coins, cosmetics and settings, so you can restore progress on another device.

What we do not collect

• No advertising identifiers, no ad networks, no cross-app tracking.
• No contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera access.
• No selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers.

Why we use it

Your email is used solely to authenticate you and recover your account. Your saved progress is used solely to sync your game between your devices.

Where it lives

Account and save data are stored on our managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and readable only by your own signed-in account.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data until you delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated save data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing support@bubbleodyssey.app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children

Bubble Odyssey is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts are optional; children can play fully offline without providing any information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK and California) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact support@bubbleodyssey.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify you in the app.
